Personal training

So once you have decided to start training we need to get an idea of what your goals and needs are. One size doesnt fit all and finding out where you want to go is going to be the first step.

Every prospective client gets a complimentary introductory session so we can get to know eachother, asses your movement and get an idea of your needs.
